Covid-19 Update July 2020
Our Governor has ordered the wearing of masks at all times. Under this proclamation, businesses such as ours may not serve any customer, services or goods, if they do not comply with the state-wide face covering order. Under this proclamation, no business may operate, allow a customer to enter a business, or conduct business with a customer inside any building that is open to public or outdoors in a public place unless the customer is wearing a face covering, as described in Order of the Secretary of Health 20-03. The following individuals are exempt from the requirement of to wear a face covering:
- Children under the age of five years old; and
- Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering.
If you are not wearing a mask, we will assume it is for medical reasons. Due to HIPPA privacy issues we will not ask you about your condition.

Pool world will not allow anyone to be harassed for wearing or not wearing a mask.
We are all in this together and we all need to remember and make every effort to be civil to each other.
Please remember the golden rule… Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.
We expect our employees at Pool World to treat customers with respect and we ask that our customers treat each other with respect.
When in one of our Pool World stores, be courteous to others in making room for each other to pass so everyone can feel comfortable with the social distancing spacing.
We expect employees and all customers to respect social distancing.
Wearing a mask does not eliminate the need for social distancing.
We have free curb side delivery for anyone that prefers to minimize contact or is concerned about masks. Just call the store nearest you to place your order.
