All in all I have been very happy with Pool world. Anytime I’ve needed help testing my pool water or had questions about how to take care of it, they are knowledgeable and quick to help. Samantha is the lady that usually helps me and every time she’s been amazing! My fiancé and I purchased a hot tub from here after being so impressed and pleased with the level of customer service we received with the pool and we are happy we did. One of the speakers was out in the hot tub and after we called, they sent someone out within days to fix it. You can buy a hot tub anywhere but, if you want quality and outstanding customer service to go along with your pool or hot tub purchase, Pool World is the best place to go!
