We went there to get information on a Big Green Egg grill and Brice was so helpful and knowledgeable ! We made the purchase that day and we Love our Egg!! 3 months later we had a problem with the Egg and Brice and his team took care of it within 2 hours! We couldn’t be happier with the customer service we’ve had from the crew at Pool World and won’t shop anywhere else for our Egg accessories and charcoal. Our experience with them has been spectacular and we appreciate their courtesy, competence and professionalism!
