When Kerry and Lyla Henderson started Pool World in 1976, they had one goal in mind: build a business based on customer satisfaction.  Because of our commitment to doing things right for the customer, Pool World has grown to become the largest pool and spa business in the Inland Northwest.

For many years, Mark Henderson, Kerry & Lyla’s son, ran the operations until his passing in 2021, building the business into what it is today. Now, that commitment to our customers has been passed on to a new generation. Grady Early, who has worked here since 2009, works as the general manager, alongside the owner, Lyla, working to make sure every customer at Pool World is a happy one.

Since 1976, we have been able to expand to 4 store locations and over 60 employees.  “We sell more than pools and hot tubs,” said Mark Henderson, “We are in the business of giving people fun and relaxation. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. That’s very important to us, and it’s very important to our customers.”
